Rosa Crimson Glory, also known as French ink red and vermilion double glow, is a perennial woody plant of the Rosaceae genus. This variety is a hybrid of perfume rose (Rosahvbrida Hvbird Tea Rosa) and hybrid Changchun rose (Hybrid Perpetual Rosa), which was bred by Wilhelm J.H. Kordes II of Germany in 1935. At first, it was mainly used for industrial production of essence. In 1989, Hongta District, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province introduced ink red from Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, to plant and produce rose spices. In recent years, Yunnan’s tourism industry and modern characteristic agriculture on the plateau have developed rapidly.
